Short answer: yes, U7BUY is a real company running a real marketplace. It is not a phishing site, it is not a fake storefront, and the "is U7BUY a scam" framing you'll find in some forum threads doesn't hold up. What it is — a seller marketplace rather than a direct store — changes what you should check before you buy.

We haven't invented a single complaint, and where they're genuinely good we say so.
What U7BUY actually is
U7BUY states it plainly on its own pages: it is an independent third-party marketplace, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. It covers a lot of ground beyond Roblox — FC coins, Fortnite accounts, top-ups for other games — with Roblox sitting as one vertical among many.
The structure matters more than the branding. On U7BUY you are not buying from U7BUY. You're buying from a seller who lists on U7BUY, and U7BUY provides the storefront, the payment rail, the ratings, and the dispute process. Their Steal a Brainrot page says exactly this: compare listings, check seller ratings, place the order, then complete the trade with the seller in-game.
How delivery works (the part most reviews skip)
There are three distinct delivery models on the site, and they behave very differently.
Face-to-Face Trade (most game items). You order, then meet the seller in Roblox and take the item through the game's trade window. U7BUY's own SAB page says most items are delivered this way and claims nearly all arrive within 5–10 minutes. This is the fastest model when the seller is online — and the one that depends most on the individual seller.
Gifting (items bought with Robux). The supplier adds you as a friend and buys the item for you through Roblox's gifting feature. Their FAQ notes this arrives instantly with no pending period.
Gamepass (Robux). You create a Gamepass, they buy it, and the Robux land in your balance. Two things are worth knowing here, and to U7BUY's credit they publish both: Roblox takes a 30% marketplace fee so the creator nets 70%, and the Robux are held pending for 5–7 days by Roblox. If you've seen someone complain that their Robux "never arrived," this waiting period is usually the explanation.
The review numbers, read properly
This is where a lot of "is U7BUY legit" content goes wrong, so let's be precise. There are two separate review systems in play.

Neither figure is dishonest — they're just counting different things. The Trustpilot profile is the one you can audit yourself, and it's a genuinely strong record for a marketplace of that size: Trustpilot's own page notes U7BUY invites customers to review (so the sample skews toward completed orders) and that the company has replied to 81% of negative reviews. That last number is a real signal. Businesses that ignore complaints don't sit at 81%.
Trustpilot's AI-written summary of recent reviews is also worth reading rather than skipping. Alongside the praise for support responsiveness, it flags recurring themes: occasional slowness during transactions, and problems traced to specific sellers — incomplete orders, or generic support replies on more complicated cases. That pattern is exactly what you'd predict from a marketplace model, and it's the honest headline: the platform is solid; the variance is at the seller level.
The trade-offs, stated fairly
What U7BUY does well: enormous breadth across games and item types; visible seller ratings and order histories; mainstream payment methods including PayPal; 24/7 support; and Buyer Trade Protection with a refund path if an order isn't delivered. For obscure items nobody else stocks, a marketplace is often the only route.
Where the model costs you: delivery quality is the seller's, not the marketplace's. You need an account before you can order. Inventory is seller-supplied, so availability on any one item moves constantly. And when something goes wrong, resolution runs through a dispute queue rather than one accountable party.
The thing nobody selling you anything wants to say
Roblox's Terms of Use are unambiguous. You may not acquire or distribute Robux or Virtual Content except through Roblox's own services, and Roblox says of third-party services that "any such use by a User is a violation of the Roblox Terms."
That applies to U7BUY. It applies to Eldorado. It applies to BloxUltra. Any site claiming its method is officially approved or carries zero account risk is lying to you. In practice, the biggest observed risks are (1) trading with a stranger who bails mid-trade, and (2) handing account credentials to anyone — which no legitimate seller, including U7BUY, ever needs. We're a direct seller, not a marketplace. BloxUltra owns the stock it lists, so there's no third-party seller in the loop — one company is accountable for the delivery, and payment runs through Stripe and PayPal with their standard buyer protection. That's a narrower catalogue than a marketplace by definition, and a genuinely worse fit if you want the widest possible selection or the absolute lowest price on a common item.
