How to Claim Your Order
Step-by-step instructions on linking your Roblox account and receiving your items.
Create Your BloxUltra Account
Click "Sign In" in the navigation bar and create your account. This takes only a few seconds and allows you to track your orders and access your claim page anytime.
Browse & Choose Your Items

Add to Cart
Once you find an item:
- Click "Add to Cart"
- Continue shopping or proceed to checkout
- Add as many items as you want
- Your cart is always accessible via the shopping cart icon
Proceed to Checkout
When you're ready:
- Open your cart
- Click "Checkout"
- Enter your Roblox username (IMPORTANT for delivery!)
- Complete payment securely through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other approved methods

Go to the Claim Page
After your payment is confirmed, you'll be redirected to your Claim Page.
- Confirm your Roblox username
- Get the link to add the official BloxUltra delivery bot
- Follow the steps to begin delivery
Note: You will also receive an email with your Order Number, which lets you return to your claim page anytime.
Add the BloxUltra Delivery Bot
To receive your items, you must:
- Add the bot as a friend on Roblox
- Return to the claim page and click "I Sent the Friend Request"
- Wait for the system to verify the request
- Once verified, you'll unlock the next step
Join the VIP Delivery Lobby
After the bot accepts your friend request:
- Click "Join Game" on the bot's Roblox profile
- You'll be taken to our VIP Delivery Lobby
- The delivery bot will automatically detect your presence
- Your items will be prepared for transfer
