Grow a Garden 2 has six weather events, each applying a different crop mutation. Weather is server-wide — every garden on a server gets the same event at the same time.

Doubles crop growth speed. No mutation — best window for mass-planting fast crops.
Applies the Frozen mutation to growing crops.
Strikes apply the high-value Electric mutation.
Get struck, then steal for a gold plant — turns crops Gold.
Spawns Rainbow seeds and applies the Rainbow mutation.
Applies Bloodlit — the highest-multiplier mutation in the game.
During an "Admin Abuse" event a developer joins a public server and uses admin commands to spawn rare seeds and trigger weather like Blood Moon or Midas, applying mass mutations. There is no fixed schedule — events are announced in the official Grow a Garden 2 Discord, usually around major updates.
